Provisions Community Development and Empowerment Corporation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit entity, was formed on August 28, 1998.
It was formed out of the need to provide opportunity for private citizens to provide Creative, Innovative approaches to Education for school children, maintaining public school mandates for achievement with use and access to public funds.
PROVISIONS CHARTER ACADEMY was opened, grades 6-12, with 24 or more funded grants each year.
A NEWLY formed team is now combining acquired experiences and skills to develop & train sensible self sustaining solutions, in affordable housing, comprehensive home care, efficient food production, and overall community development.
Volunteers have begun, primarily in under-served communities of developing countries. We owe a great debt to the energetic and devoted volunteers.
Though we began in North America, we are now bridging gaps nationwide. We have expanded our Education thrust to financial needs, health and nutrition, and to
complete community development.
